Nose Wires for Face Masks - Fixmask®
Our FIXMASK® product range includes nose wires for both surgical and respiratory masks. Developed since the early 2000s, these components are designed to provide a secure and comfortable seal while maintaining shape throughout wear.
Surgical Mask Nose Wires
Available in various wire types and configurations, these products are compatible with both automated production and manual assembly lines. They are designed with smooth surfaces and stable form retention, making them suitable for prolonged skin contact and fabric-friendly integration.
FFP and Respiratory Mask Nose Wires
Designed for high-performance filtration masks such as FFP2/FFP3 or industrial respirators, these nose wires offer enhanced rigidity and form memory. Most are based on double-wire constructions, including versions made with aluminum for weight-sensitive designs.
All FIXMASK® wires are resistant to ultrasonic sealing and optimized for dome, flat, or foldable mask formats.
Fluid Control and Drape Closure (Bluewire)
Already introduced in the food section, the BANTKLİPS® product family also plays an
important role in the medical field. A600, the core design behind BANTKLİPS®, is a single-use surgical wire designed for operating rooms to secure and stabilize drapes, ensuring a sterile field throughout the procedure. It provides reliable positioning on tables, patient bodies, and equipment, reducing the risk of displacement or contamination.
BANTKLİPS FIX®, a variant with medical-grade adhesive and silicone backing, can be directly applied to sterile surfaces and retains its adhesive strength even after sterilization. This makes it a preferred option in high-humidity or high-demand surgical settings.
Both versions are produced using biocompatible, non-toxic materials that meet the hygiene and safety requirements of modern surgical practice. The flexible construction adapts easily to various drape sizes and shapes, and the product is compatible with a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, and gynecology.

This product category covers a variety of tubing solutions designed for fluid handling and delivery in medical, hygienic, and diagnostic applications.
